Few words as spoken…

“The ‘Personal Power Equation’ is very relevant and addresses some of the key areas of employability skills. It is a unique combination of all germane skills from the inner depths such as attitude, motivation, determination and positivity to extrinsic skills such as communication, presentation and image enhancement.

It is the amalgamation of all these skill that makes this book a must read for all professionals so as to embed the right mindset for reflection and improvement .By covering a broad spectrum of topics related to personal development, this book is significantly more than a quick fix or an English communication guide. With loads of interesting anecdotes and quotes it makes the reading enjoyable and would be pertinent to everyone, regardless of which stage of career they are in. I am sure this book will be useful to anyone who wants to get a clear perspective on soft skills and wants to succeed.”

The training undertaken in surveillance of Ms. Gopika were awe inspiring. The quality of her judgement on each and ever candidate forming a part of the group was commendable. She had personalized suggestions for each candidate as per his/ her weaknesses.

The sessions undertaken by Ms. Gopika helped me reach where I am right now. The alterations made in our behaviour led us to be judged as professionals only by a single glance. Her ideas to tweaks in and little things to be paid attention at was commendable and resulted us into this position. As she rightly said - “pay attention to little things, bigger things will be taken care of”.

It was actually a life changing experience to have someone like Ms. Gopika around during that critical phase of struggle in my career.
