She is a specialist in Soft Skills Training, Behavioral Skills Training and Sales. Gopika has authored her book on essential employability skills by the title ‘Personal Power Equation’.

Gopika, who is a commerce post graduate with leading results from Delhi University and is also a Guest faculty at various institutions from Delhi University in the areas of Marketing, Sales, Consumer Behavior, Brand Building, Advertising and delivered special sessions at Gargi College, Maitreyi College, Jesus and Mary College, Aurobindo College, Kirori Mal College, Daulat Ram College along with private institutions including Jagannath International Management School.
Gopika has completed her Ph.D in Soft Skills in management education and has presented and published her research papers in prestigious international conferences of institutions such as IIM’s and IIT’s.
It has been emphasized in her book that employability skills and soft skills play a crucial role in as the employability gap is increasing as per the statistics and thereby there is a need to work on soft skills to bridge this employability gap. The purpose of this book is to guide the youth on the important skills that the employers are looking for in their employees and how to enhance their soft skills and experience their personal power for success.
